John Paradise (Cert Ed, MIfL, PGNLP)

John has 30 years experience in a large metropolitan police force. As a manager and training manager he is qualified to teach the post compulsory sector (Cert Ed) as a training professional he is a member of the Institute for Learning (MIfL) as well as a member of the Professional Guild of Neuro- Linguistic Programming (PNLP). He has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Dip Hyp) and is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. John’s background in very much centred on working with people and training, especially work focussed upon managing, leading and change. He uses his facilitative skills, experience as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and understanding of language patterns and their effect on the unconscious mind to get the most out of people in a very relaxed and positive way. John’s career in training started in race and equality training. He has worked at national level as an equalities consultant on the national police training curriculum as well as the national police promotion examinations.

John has significant experience in the field of training, diversity training, equalities work & bespoke training solutions. As a race & diversity consultant to the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) he has experience of working within large organisations as well as small teams.
